"The Fundamentals of Our Faith" | June 3 - July 29, 2018

Whether you are new to the Christian faith or have been a lifelong follower of Jesus, this back to basics educational series is designed to help us better understand the core of our Christian beliefs, so that we can apply those timeless principles to our modern lives. In this series, we will be surveying the Bible and giving it context, exploring what it means to be a United Methodist, and providing a practical approach to living as a disciple of Christ in today's world. Pastor's Bible Study provides an opportunity for fellowship, devotion and Bible study. Senior Pastor Mike Dent invites new and seasoned Bible students and guests of all ages to participate each week. Meets in Stiles Chapel (Level 2).

Trinity Young Adults is an active small group community that focuses on fellowship, community service and deepening spirituality. We meet each week for check-in and curriculum discussion. We plan quarterly social events as well as community service projects so that we can connect with and be a blessing to our downtown neighbors. We invite all who feel young at heart and wish to connect with others. Meets in Room 109.

Surveying the Bible invites listening, discussion, and application of the weekly Bible study lesson. No previous biblical study required. Meets in Room 118 (Level 1).

Trinity Transitionals welcomes all participants into sharing and support through informal discussion, Bible study, religious history and doctrine, interfaith exploration and religious expressions through music, arts and popular culture. Drop-ins are always welcome! Meets in the Heritage Room (Level 3).

Trinity Academy offers an opportunity for intellectual and spiritual growth with four strands of emphasis: The Bible, spirituality, world religions and current theological issues. These strands are presented through the expert leadership of professors from the Iliff School of Theology and other academic and religious institutions. Registration fee of $60/person for the nine-month session covers stipends for our speakers. Meets in Room 107 & 108 (Level 1).

Contemplative Spirituality is designed for those who are seeking a quiet contemplative experience on Sunday mornings to explore Centering Prayer, Lectio Divina and other contemplative prayer practices. Meets in Room 127 (Level 1).

Living the Journey - Each individual spiritual journey and faith development encounters various times of questioning, exploring, discerning, and experiencing. This series will creatively engage participants in the continuing development of our faith. Meets in Room 119 (Level 1).

Homebuilders, tailored to adults with kids, is a place for down-to-earth fellowship, spiritual growth and support. Meets in Room 114 (Level 1).

2x2s Growing In Faith Together - We gather in any number, welcoming single, married, divorced and widowed individuals who have a wide variety of religious/spiritual backgrounds and beliefs and a desire to spend time together on Sunday mornings and beyond. Most of us are over 50. Sometimes drawing on the gifts and opportunities of midlife, we explore the challenges, benefits and possibilities of faith and create a safe place to share, listen, laugh, cry and connect with each other. Meets in Room 113 (Level 1).

Exploring Trinity welcomes all persons wishing to join or simply learn more about Trinity. This multi-class orientation provides an opportunity to learn about Trinity's staff, programs, ministry areas and how you can get involved. Exploring Trinity will be held approximately every other month. Watch the church calendar and communications for upcoming dates.

Intervals of Joy - One of Trinity's unique Sunday School offerings is the Intervals of Joy class which meets on select Sunday mornings from 9:30–10:15 a.m. in the Choir Room. Intervals of Joy invites all adults interested in music to develop their music skills, study music history and explore spirituality through music. We are very fortunate to have several gifted and accomplished educators lead these classes. Meets in Choir Room (Level 3).
