Welcome to Trinity United Methodist Church

Thank you for visiting the website of Trinity United Methodist Church, the oldest congregation in Denver. Founded in 1859, this church has faithfully served the community for over 150 years. Our historic sanctuary building marked its 125th year of service in 2013.

We are blessed with a diverse congregation, a strong staff, outstanding facilities and many and varied ministries and missions which allow us to fulfill our mission of offering "a welcoming and transforming experience: the love of Jesus Christ," at 18th and Broadway in downtown Denver and across the globe.

You will discover on this site how God's people called Trinity serve and are themselves nurtured through multiple local and global missions, music and arts, worship, prayer, children, youth, men's and women's ministries, caring ministries, family ministries, Bible studies, and fellowship groups. You can meet members of our staff and learn more about God's story for us through our long and inspiring history. You will find a wealth of information about what is currently happening at Trinity, daily scripture readings, the Trinity blog, community missions and helpful links to the greater United Methodist Church. The Sunday worship schedule is also at your fingertips. There is a place of worship, service, study, and fellowship for you in God's family at Trinity.

We warmly welcome everyone into our community of faith. All are welcome whatever your age, race, marital status, sexual orientation, address, physical ability, native land or language, or economic or job status.

When in Denver, please join us in traditional worship for contemporary people with grand music, warm fellowship and relevant biblical messages.

May God's grace and peace be yours this day and always.

In Christ,
Michael D. Dent
Senior Pastor
