Homebound visitation ministry

Caring individuals visit or call Trinity members who can no longer attend services due to declining health or immobility. We also stay connected to those in our senior generations who are still able to attend, but not as often as they would like.

Contact: Rev. Lee Anderson-Harris, Trinity's Minister of Care, (303) 839-1493 x11.

Health Ministry

The Health Ministry at Trinity promotes the integration of physical, mental, social and spiritual health in our congregation. This is accomplished through health advocacy and education, health counseling and referral to reliable community resources.

The coordinator of the Health Team, Peggy Steen, is a Registered Nurse with specialized training as a Faith Community Nurse (FCN).

Contact: Peggy Steen, (303) 653-8824, for further details.

Prayer Quilt Team

The mission of the Trinity Quilters is to offer Prayer Quilts for those suffering loss, those with illnesses and those needing support in their daily lives. We also provide Prayer Squares, Baby Bears with Prayer Squares, and Confirmation Squares for youth. Those who have received our beautiful prayer quilts state that all the prayers that were given are felt when wrapping the quilt around them. Anyone who can benefit from one of our prayer quilts may remain anonymous.

Contact: Rev. Lee Anderson-Harris, Trinity's Minister of Care, (303) 839-1493 x11.

The Prayer Quilt Group meets on the second Saturday of each month from 9 a.m.–12 p.m. All people wanting to learn quilting skills, along with sharing in Christian fellowship, are welcome to join us. In addition to making quilts, the group gathers for community quilting events and has an annual Christmas sale.

Contact: Sherry Valentic, (303) 839-1493, for more information.

PRAYER TEAM

This team consists of a network of clergy and lay persons who pray for specific requests. All requests are kept confidential. Prayers can be requested during worship on Sunday mornings or by calling the church office at (303) 839-1493.

Stephen Ministry

This program equips lay persons to provide distinctly Christian one-on-one care to those who are experiencing various life challenges in a confidential and compassionate manner.
